At Ruby Nails, every press-on nail set is carefully handcrafted and made to order with premium materials. We take pride in creating high-quality products and want every customer to have a great shopping experience.

Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Handmade & Custom Products

Each press-on nail set is individually handmade after your order is placed. Because our products are made specifically for each customer and are considered personal-use items, all sales are generally final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference regarding color, shape, length, or design
  • Orders that have already been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect item
  • Missing items from your order

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

The solution will depend on the specific circumstances of your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

After 24 hours, production may have already begun, and cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.

Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened press-on nail sets.

If a return is approved due to an error on our part, the item must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be returned within the timeframe provided by our customer support team

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our mistake or a defective product.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be delayed or lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will gladly assist you by contacting the shipping carrier and helping resolve the issue.

Please note that delivery delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or carrier operations are outside of our control.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned because:

  • The shipping address was entered incorrectly
  • The package was refused by the recipient
  • The package was unclaimed

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

Color Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor settings, screen brightness, lighting conditions, and photography.

Minor color variations are not considered defects.

Handmade Variations

Because every nail set is handmade, slight differences in:

  • Placement of decorations
  • Glitter distribution
  • Brush strokes
  • Small details

may occur.

These natural variations are part of the handmade process and make every set unique.
